BRING CONFIDENCE AND STRENGTH TO THE WOMEN IN YOUR WORKPLACE

What to Expect
  • We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

  • Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

  • Led by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

  • Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

  • We often include optional check-ins, next steps, or community resources to help you keep the momentum going.

Sample Itinerary
  • Workshop participants ease into the day with creative prompts and a welcome circle to get grounded and set the tone.

  • Our first session focuses on the foundations of floral design. From tool basics to flower care and simple composition tips, you’ll start building confidence and finding your creative rhythm.

  • Participants will be responsible for brining their own lunch, but we'll provide water and some additional snacks throughout the day.

  • With the basics fresh, we’ll dive into hands-on arranging. We’ll explore shape, scale, and movement while encouraging personal style through floral design.

  • To close the day, you’ll create a final piece to share with the group. We’ll reflect on your process and celebrate the creativity that unfolded.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Madison has trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 5 years under Renzo Gracie, and competes internationally - most recently earning Silver at the IBJJF Pan American Championship. Her martial arts background also includes 8 years of training in Shorinji Kan Jiu-Jitsuand Judo.

Become A Problem born after Madison watched footage of a woman fending off an attacker for nearly 20 minutes. She had no training, but she refused to be an easy target. The lesson was clear: you don’t need to be the biggest or strongest, you need to become a problem.

Madison’s approach is shaped by lived experience: living in London and New York City, & a stalking case that went through the courts after relocating to Austin, TX. These experiences sharpened her focus on situational awareness, boundaries, personal safety, and decisive action.

Madison also brings over 15 years of experience in advertising as a Strategy leader, and is very comfortable working with teams in corporate environments.

This training is grounded in self-responsibility and practical application, focusing on what you can control: awareness, boundaries, decision-making, and physical competence.

The goal is simple: help women become harder to dominate, harder to coerce, and harder to control. Leave them feeling stronger, more capable, and ready for anything.

  • "What I love most is the flexibility. I can go at my own pace, revisit lessons, and keep learning whenever it works for me."
